'Python' is more popular in US as opposed to other regions. Something tells me it's best suited for lean start-ups with few resources.
C#, Java are THE out-sourced languages - Cue for outsourcing start-ups?
Java is still immensely popular. Thanks to Android may be? Which also means lot of mobile development is being outsourced? But looks like Oracle is screwing it.
C++ is still good.
Mono adding LINQ support had a trending impact!
